Oil Painting Caravaggio Technique – Timelapse

The painting starts with a white chalk draw on a coloured oilground.

The first sessions are highlightings with flakewhite.

Colours on later sessions are made by glazing.

-Red Bolus
-Burnt Siena
-Raw Umber
-Burnt Umber
-Van Dyckbrown
-Roman Black Earth
