Let’s sketch birds in soft pastels | Easy drawing video tutorial
I will show you how to sketch birds in soft pastels.
We will look at different birds and I will show you how to portray the nature of the bird without going into too much detail. In this short tutorial I will show you how to draw a pheasant sitting in the grass.
For the demo I am using soft pastels and Candon MiTeintes paper (reverse side, the one that has the smoother texture to it). Any tone of the paper will work as long as it’s not too light or too dark.
