This work is made with different oil painting tecnhiques : impramatura, underpainting and overpainting with glazing and scumbling. This isn’t a tutorial, but if you are interested, you can learn more about the process by turning on the subtitles (you might need to pause the video to read properly).
The flesh tones are mixed with a closed limited palette of earth pigments, there will be more about this soon when my website is up. If you have any questions about the painting, please feel free to leave a comment.

Ce tableau est peint en utilisant différentes techniques de peinture à l’huile : impramatura, glacis etc. Découvrez-en plus sur ma méthode en activant les sous-titres (vous aurez peut-être besoin de mettre en pause de temps à autres pour lire correctement).
Les tons de chairs sont constitués avec une palette fermée restreinte à quelques pigments de terre. Je mettrai certainement plus d’informations à ce sujet sur mon site quand il sera actif. Si vous avez des questions en attendant, n’hésitez pas à laisser des commentaires.
