The BP Portrait Award: My Entry, Process, & Experience!
Hello my loves! In this video I give you an in depth look at my process for making a portrait to enter into the prestigious BP Portrait Competition! This competition is held by the National Portrait Gallery over in London, and is one of the most prestigious contests held for portrait painting excellence across the globe. I found out about the contest a week and a half before the deadline, but I still wanted to enter! Never let fear of inadequacy keep you from pursuing an adventure so large. 🙂 I hope you enjoy the painting process, meeting my friend Matt, and hearing the thoughts that run through my head during the creation of a painting.
