PanPastels Background – Coloured Pencils – Create a Blurry Background & Grass using

This video shows how I create a green grassy background in a dog portrait. It shows how I use PanPastels in combination with coloured pencils to create a detailed grassy foreground sinking way into a blurred, soft focus background in the distance.

I worked on Clairefontaine Pastelmat in a brown shade using half a dozen PanPastels along with Polychromos & Pablo coloured pencils.
