Dynamic Leg Pose from Hogarth’s Dynamic Figure Drawing
In today’s video I am drawing legs from Burne Hogarth’s Dynamic Figure Drawing. One of my all time favorite art books. In fact, “THE” favorite. This book helped to open my eyes a bit wider when it comes to drawing the human body in an expressive way.
I recommend all of the Burne Hogarth books. The man was a genius and way ahead of his time. I have owned his books for 20 years now and I still learn from them each time I revisit them.
His way of teaching Dynamic Figure Drawing not only makes sense to me, it inspires me to be a better artist. I hope it does the same for you!
