Painting a Rembrandt – Underpainting Tutorial | The Daily Yupari

Today we will begin a Rembrandt master study. We will focus on the underpainting for now, and tomorrow we will apply the first color pass. After that, we will return to the larger painting that we were working on. This is intended to be a “portrait painting tutorial” in the style of the older ones that I used to make. I did promise you that these types of videos would not disappear forever.

Have a wonderful rest of your day, and I’ll be back tomorrow!
