How to Study Art Part 1: Virtual Plein Air Landscape Painting

This is a little method we artists can use to study and practice. Plein Air originally meant going outside and painting light as you saw it (you should still do that). With “Virtual Plein Air” you hop on street view, find an interesting location, and paint it. Cameras do not capture light like our eyes, but it’s still a great method for study.
