How to blend flesh tones in egg tempera (or acrylic)

This is a video tutorial on how old masters used to blend colors when painting with a water based medium like egg tempera. Of the old painters never used acrylics to paint but since acrylics is a water medium, the process is pretty much the same

I hope this will be a useful tutorial for a process that is very confusing and hard in iconography
