Some details will make your drawing while others can easily break it. Find out which is which in this tutorial!

It’s so tempting to want to include all the details your eyes pick up on as you take in the figure, but being disciplined about what you include and what you leave out is one of the biggest determinants of how your drawing will go.

Unnecessary extra detail will make your forms less clear and distract from the things that you want the viewer’s eyes to focus on.
