Speed painting – Jay Bird airbrush and acrylic – photorealistic Time Lapse tutorial by Lachri

In this time lapse painting tutorial I demonstrate how to paint a Western Scrub Jay in acrylic paints and airbrushing. This painting was completed in July of 2013. Reference photo by Karl Von Artography.
It was painted in acrylic (liquitex basics) and air brushing (an Iwata with createx paint) /mixed media on a 18″x24″ Fredrix NatureCore Paint Board. Thanks to Fredrix for providing me with the canvas.
