Gothic Calligraphy – Pilot Parallel pens
I’ve always loved the gothic style calligraphy. And instead of using traditional dip pens for this, Pilot Parallel pens are literally made for this style of writing (and many more) 😀
In this video, I show you how to assemble the nibs and also some quick lettering of the gothic font.
The paper I’m using is just regular acid free drawing paper, cut out from a sketch pad. It did bleed a little, but it is one of the cheaper and decent quality options 🙂
If you really want the ink to hold crisp, try watercolour paper, but it will cost a tonne more.
