Drawing facial features: Eye, Nose and Lips – Silvie Mahdal

Silvie Mahdal: Hi everyone:) In this video I will show you one of my drawing studies – drawing of an eye, nose and lips, as a part of my practice, it is a great way to improve in drawing individual facial parts and make your final portraits look great! I will always start with practicing the basic outlines and then I will get to the shading part as well. I practice the facial features separately because it helps me to focus only on the concrete part of the face and I do not have to think about the placement or size in comparison with the other parts as I am trying to pay attention only to the object I am drawing.

I hope it will help you as well. If you like this video please don’t forget to leave a like and subscribe!:)
