Blend Skin Tones with Egg Tempera – Tutorial

In this video I paint the byzantine Icon of Virgin Mary and I explain the process of blending the skin tones on her face. I have done a better job in showing my glass palette and mixing on it the pigments so that you can get a better idea on it.
I hope this will be a useful tutorial for a process that is very confusing and hard in iconography
