Animal Drawing Practice and Furries
Warning for the Arachnophobic: There is a spider pictured in/mentioned in this video. I warn you before it pops up in the video on screen, but spiders are mentioned right off.
Today I’m drawing animals, in part because I want to look into doing more furry artwork. I touch on that great community and many of the other communities that look past what reality is and look at would could be instead.
There’s a few tips here and there, including why exactly people are so difficult, animal/human hybrids are doubly difficult (in some ways), how I think about drawing animals, and what I think about when drawing fur and hair.
There’s also ranting on the hypocrisy of telling adults to stop using their imaginations, but that’s pretty par for the course for me.
